Alexis Sánchez rejected David Beckham and Inter Miami

Jose Mourinho still figuring out Alexis Sanchez's role at ...
Inter Milan and Chilean forward Alexis Sanchez apparently rejected David Beckham and Inter Miami this summer. Despite not making any impact at Manchester United, Alexis Sanchez is still considered a top-class forward by many.

His move to Inter Milan gave the former Arsenal star a platform again and he was asked about other places he could have moved to from United.
"Truth is I have many offers and have been asked to go to Miami, but I want to stay in Europe, I still have about six years to play at high-level, but someday I will play in the United States."
"I would like very much to play someday in the MLS because it's a league that's growing a lot, it's a nice league, and one day I will decide if I play there."

Honestly, his quote is pretty telling. Despite MLS's growth and development some players still think of it as a retiring spot. Sanchez saying "I still have about six years to play at high-level, but someday I will play in the United States" is interesting.

Those sort of vibes aren't needed when Inter Miami kick off next season. Sanchez not coming to Miami is probably best for both parties.

Yes, I'm also a bit bitter about the matter.
