For the third time in four years, the Seattle Sounders and Toronto FC will face off in MLS Cup. After two exciting conference final matchups, we're in for what should be an exciting, well played, and likely cautiously strategized final.

Seattle had an exciting 3-1 win over all-time regular-season performer LAFC to put them in the final. LAFC were the darlings of MLS this year. With a blistering play style that excited all, they just couldn't bring the same playoff GRIT that Seattle could. Lotta NFL Sunday Pregame show words we can use here. Seattle brought their lunch pale in beating LAFC.

Toronto earned its MLS Cup spot by beating defending MLS Champions Atlanta United in their own fortress. The match was littered with chances for United to win. Including a penalty that was saved in the first half and giving up a weak goal late in the second half. Joseph Martinez wasn't himself, and it showed.

The Sounders will host Toronto in early November. You can catch the match on Sunday, Nov. 10 (3 p.m. ET, ABC, Univision).
