Inter Miami CF bolstered their depth at goalkeeper this week. They officially signed goalkeeper John McCarthy.   That makes their second goalkeeper signing in the last week after they signed Luis Robles.
“With John we are adding more talented depth to Inter Miami,” said Inter Miami CF Sporting Director Paul McDonough. “We feel his experience in the USL and MLS will be valuable to our Club.”
McCarthy is 27-years-old and played in the USL for the Tampa Bay Rowdies. He made 29 appearances for the club that year and had 10 clean sheets. Prior to playing for Tampa, he played for the Philadelphia Union where he made 21 appearances over four seasons with the club.
