Well, we might finally have some clarity around Inter Miami's managerial situation. According to Jorge Ramos of ESPN, Inter Miami have agreed to terms with Diego Alonso to make him the first manager in the club's history.

Alonso has managed a few different clubs but most recently found success with Pachuca and Monterrey. He won the CONCACAF Champions League title with both clubs, becoming the first manager to win the title with two different teams.

Given all the drama around Inter Miami's lack of a managerial announcement, this would be a good signing. Alonso has been managing since 2011 and before that played football since 1995 at different clubs, including the Urugyuan National Team.
